OUR SERVICES:
We offer in person group yoga classes weekly for every level of student. Beginners, intermediate or advanced students will find a safe space to practice.
Our covered outdoor Lanai allow us to enjoy the elements of nature while embarking on a journey of self-discovery, reflection and self-development.

Mondays 8:30am (Beginner)
Wednesdays 8:30am (Open level)
Wednesdays 6:30pm (Restorative)
Thursdays 8:30am (Mobility Class)
Fridays 8:30am (Gentle flow)
Saturdays 9:30 (TEACHER TRAINING)

Online "Live" Classes
This is a chance to still practice with all the elements of the Lanai but at the comfort of your home. Classes take place during our normal hours of operation and schedule
On Demand Classes
This option allows you to take classes at anytime anywhere!
Once purchased your class will be available to you at your earliest convenience!
Membership
This option will allow you to take unlimited classes online. Either live or on demand.
Also, the classes will be available for you again and again as long as you hold your membership
